[Reservation Guide]

• Upon the performance date, only those aged 19 and above are allowed to enter. (Those born before December 31, 2006 are eligible)
• Early sell-out is possible.

[FESTGROUND E-Ticket Guide]

• Tickets sold by FESTGROUND are operated as E-Tickets, physical tickets are not provided and will not be delivered.
• Your E-Ticket will be available for download via My Orders after logging into your account at 8:00 PM on the day before the festival.
• Bring your valid photo ID and E-TICKET to any ticket counter marked “FestGround” in the Ticket Zone on the date of the festival to claim your ULTRA KOREA wristband. (If the names do not match, the exchange is not possible.)
• The exact location of the Ticket Zone will be announced through the official website and social media channels once the site map is finalized.

[Ticket Fraud Prevention Guide]

• Do not purchase tickets from places other than official ticket vendors. There is a risk of being scammed when buying tickets from third parties (friends, ticket resale websites, ticket brokers, etc.). Organizers, hosts, and ticket vendors are not responsible for issues arising from transactions between individuals that are not through official designated ticket vendors, so it is recommended to safely purchase through official designated vendors.
• Ticket transfer and transactions between individuals are clearly illegal. Both sellers and buyers may face legal penalties in civil and criminal law if caught engaging in illegal transactions or ticket scalping.
• Tickets associated with illegal activities may be invalidated without prior notice by the organizers, hosts, and ticket vendors.
• Legal penalties may apply for tampering or counterfeiting tickets and entry bands.
• Immediate expulsion will occur for tampering or illegal transactions discovered on-site, and illegal sellers will be required to compensate the ticket amount to the organizers before being handed over to the police.

[Entry and Performance Viewing Guide]

• You can check the official website and social media channels for confirmed performance and entry times.
• Performance and entry times are subject to change depending on the situation at the venue.
• Please have a valid ID with you on the day of the performance as there is a process to verify adult status upon entry.

• If you refuse to submit identification as requested by on-site staff, entry will not be permitted.
• Entry bands must be worn on the wrist at all times within the performance venue.
• Lost or damaged entry bands will not be reissued. Please ensure to wear it until the end of the event.
• Re-entry on the same day may not be allowed once you exit. Cooperation is appreciated to prevent illegal trading, etc.
• Storage facilities are available, but it is recommended to leave large bags, suitcases, or luggage at your accommodation if possible.
• You may be requested to pass through a security checkpoint upon entry, empty pockets and bags, and undergo thorough security checks including item and body searches.

• The organizers, hosts, and ticketing agencies are not responsible for accidents, theft, incidents, etc., caused by your own carelessness inside or outside the venue.
• Disruptive or uncomfortable behavior towards other audience members may result in eviction.
• Parking spaces may be limited, so it is advisable to use public transportation if possible.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
• Please prepare sunglasses, hats, raincoats, spare clothes, etc., according to the weather on the day of the event.
• The event will proceed even in rainy weather.
• The lineup of artists and performers is subject to change due to circumstances.

[Filming Guidelines]

• Photography and videography through official media for event documentation and promotional purposes will take place within the venue.
• By entering the venue, consent for photography and videography is assumed.
• Photography, videography, recording of artists, etc., may be prohibited to ensure smooth event operation and protect copyrights and portrait rights.
• Strictly prohibited to use captured content for commercial purposes other than official media.
• The use of professional filming equipment (camcorders, DSLRs, action cams, GoPros, etc.) is prohibited except for official media.
