Great Wall Festival 2020
Great Wall Festival is a trailblazing techno and house event taking place —as the name suggests— along China’s most extraordinary historical landmark. As anyone who’s been to a rave knows, location is everything, which is exactly what makes this festival as standout as it is. The festival sees some of Berghain’s biggest mainstays take underground music up out of the basements of Berlin and onto one of the New 7 Wonders of the World.
The 2020 lineup is still being kept under wraps, but previous years have featured techno royalty like Nina Kravitz, Ben Clock and Marcel Dettmann.
Additionally, if you feel like stretching your legs before all the action kicks off, there’s also the opportunity to take part in the Great Wall 5km Run. You’ll be able to explore this ancient monument in a way unlike any other, all the while enjoying panoramic views of the dynamic landscape that surrounds you.
