Electric Avenue Music Festival 2020

Christchurch’s biggest music festival is back, returning with over 25 phenomenal acts who will be performing across multiple stages for 12 hours of non-stop music. Despite the name, Electric Avenue’s lineups are not just limited to electronic and actually consist of talent from all corners of the music world!

For 2020, Ben Harper and his band The Innocent Criminals will serve up their mix of blues, soul, rock and more to the crowds in the park. Joining them are Australian electronic duo Peking Duk—whose fans include Tiesto, Steve Aoki and A-Trak— as well as The Parov Stelar Band and their signature electro-swing.

If you haven’t yet heard of it, Christchurch sits to the East of New Zealand’s South Island and is often referred to as the Garden City, proving popular with travellers who use it as a basecamp whilst explore the rest of the country. For those wanting to experience a festival abroad, New Zealand’s breathtaking scenery and endless outdoor activities make it the perfect destination… For nature lovers, the diverse landscape boasts glaciers, mountains, volcanoes, hot springs and more, whilst thrills seekers can try their hand at skiing, parachuting, kayaking or the local invention: bungee jumping.
