• Ticket buyers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set by the Operator.
• Ticket buyers are obliged to be careful of counterfeit tickets and the Promoter will not be responsible for any losses suffered by ticket buyers due to unauthorized ticket purchases.
• Ticket purchase price includes tax.
• Ticket purchases are final so they cannot be returned in any form and ticket buyers cannot request changes to the schedule or ticket category.
• Event attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
• Event visitors are required to have received the vaccine and have the PeduliLindungi application.
• Event visitors are required to maintain applicable health protocols.
• The Operator may apply additional regulations regarding health protocols at any time in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.
• The e-ticket exchange with a wristband is carried out by the ticket buyer by showing the original ID card. If a representative is redeeming the ticket, s/he is obliged to bring a power of attorney letter that has been signed by the Buyer on a stamp and a photocopy of the ID card of the original buyer.

Specific

• Ticket redemption can be done from 1st of October, 2022 at Savaya Bali, at a time to be announced at a later date by the Promoter.
• The Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage to the NFC wristband so that it cannot be used during the event due to negligence of event visitors.
• Open gate time and event start time may change at any time without prior notification from the Promoter.

• Visitors are prohibited to:
• Bring food and drinks from outside the event in any form.
• Carrying and using a vape.
• Bringing to the location of the event and/or using drugs, psychotropics, and/or other addictive substances before and during the event.
• Carrying and/or using sharp weapons or other sharp objects, firearms, explosive devices and/or which can cause explosions, and other objects that can injure and/or threaten the safety of the parties at the event location.
• Disrupt public order and/or violate the regulations stipulated by the Operator, local customary and regional regulations, and the prevailing laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.
• If the visitor brings items that are prohibited in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to confiscate the items and will not return them to the visitor.
• Visitors are allowed to bring 1 (one) pack of cigarettes that are still sealed.
• Visitors are required to be responsible for the safety of themselves and all visitors' belongings during the event.

• The Promoters will provide medical tent facilities for visitors.
• The Promoter will provide a parking area on Sunset Road.
• Further information regarding access to the event location can be accessed through www.ultrabali.com.
• The Promoter will provide free shuttle bus facilities for General Admission and Premium General Admission ticket holders, with pick-up and drop-off points to be announced by the Promoter no later than 3 (three) days before the event.
• If a visitor violates public order and/or the applicable laws and regulations, the Promoter has the right to follow up on the matter either by himself or to the competent authorities.
• In the event of force majeure which causes the Promoter to not be able to carry out the event, the Promoter will provide further information to ticket buyers.
