What time does the FESTGROUND counter open / close?
WRISTBAND PICKUP AND DELIVERY – The FESTGROUND ticketing counter will open from one hour prior to the scheduled event start time, and close 2 hours prior to the scheduled event end time.
- Event Open time – 11:00AM (FestGround Ticketing Counter will be open from 10:00 AM)
- Event Close Time – 9:00PM (FestGround Ticketing Counter will close at 7:00PM)
How can I pickup my tickets?
You will need to present your E-ticket, along with the registered purchaser’s valid picture ID, at the designated FESTGROUND ticketing counter during the day of the event. The FESTGROUND ticketing counter will be located at or near the main entrance of the given event. The FESTGROUND staff will verify your confirmation number with your ID and provide you with your ticket(s). If you fail to bring a printout of the E-ticket or your valid ID, you will not be able to collect your ticket(s). If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I didn’t get an Order Completed email
Order Completion emails can take up to 30 minutes for arrival. Order Completion emails will be sent out to the given email address used to make the purchase of your tickets. Make sure to check your spam and or trash folders before inquiry.
If you have not received an Order Completion email after 30 minutes, and cannot find the given email in the spam nor trash folders, please contact us at email@example.com. Please inform us of the account and order information and we will be happy to resend you the confirmation email.
